Ismail upgraded us, giving us a beautiful river view room! the location proved perfect for the ovo hydro concert. It made everything so easy. i found soft towels and separate shampoo and conditioner, these little touches made all the difference. i appreciated the attentive staff and the overall cleanliness.
The air conditioning was practically non existent. It made it a little stuffy at times though not too badly.

the queen room river view offered a beautiful sight and was very clean. it featured a comfortable bed and ample space for our belongings and a safe for valuables.

the room was clean and quiet.. it had a safe, fridge, and kettle. check-in was quick with complimentary biscuits and juice in the lobby. the receptionist was friendly and helpful.
the bathroom felt a bit dated and could use a refresh.

I found the location very convenient. it was next to the venue i needed to visit. the staff were very friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out. the breakfast had a good variety of choices. I enjoyed the hot breakfast options.
the room was not as clean as i expected. i noticed some fluff and crumbs on the floor upon arrival. also, housekeeping entered my room before the checkout time while i was packing.
